Group Policies - Time schedule

I would like to know if are missing something about group policies based on time schedule function that have.

The idea to create same rules to apply in different times, like to allow some application on the lunch time and the same schedule needs to be applied on the night.

So, what the best way to apply the same rules in different time schedule because I can see in dashboard that cannot split this time.

Good or Not. ( rs ).

So, the better option to make wish and wait a better solution. In parallel work via script.

You can't have two schedules in one day.  You only have a single start and stop time.
