Google Earth
I have just finished my CMNA certification and am still learning this tech. Is there a way to white list Google Chrome for a single user across a large network with lots of switches and devices. I am at an impasse. I cannot download the application on my laptop and have ruled it down to Meraki as being the issue.
Thoughts are appreciated...

Google Chrome or Google Earth?
Do you have any L3 or L7 firewall rules (on MX or MR) that would be blocking this?
What about content filtering or AMP/IDS etc. Are those enabled?
Are you sure its not the machines firewall blocking download access?

Does anything appear in the security event log on the MX to show that it is blocking the download?
