Flapping VPN

We have been having and issue with our meraki VPNs.

All remote sites will lose connection at the same time for about 2 minutes then it comes back online.

our main site does not show that it has lost connection on either of the WAN ports during that time

This is not happening every night but it is happening frequently enough that it is causing issues.

has anyone else experienced this issue?

What version are you running? Take a look on this:

Main location is an MX100 running on 17.8

remote 1 is running on a MX100 on 17.8

remote 2 is running on a MX64 on 16.16

Remote 3 is running on a MX64 on 16.16

Are the MX64 on version 16.16.6 or 16.16?

Yes, I'm suggesting downgrade both, the version 17.8 is not stable.

Here to help

We can uplink statics tracking on SD-WAN traffic shaping.

> Add the WAN IP address of remote peers just to make sure that there is no ISP connectivity issue.

> Appliance status -> Uplink section will help us to see if there is any packet loss and latency.

We usually see these disconnections because of ISP circuits.
