It sounds like you may have a valid license for an MX80, within your Dashboard, but that you don't have a hardware device to match. Search for MX80 under Organization > Configure > Inventory. If it's not there, then it's not actively deployed (remember not to include in your Dashboard renewal, when that comes around). If it is there, take a look at the Network in which it is placed (you'll probably need to add the extra Network column to the Inventory table to see this). If it's not in a Network, then it's not in use. If it is, click the Network name and look at the various config options under Configure in the Security & SD-WAN menu.
