Error in Adding Devises to Inventory

Dear All,

 

Need help in resolving the issue of Meraki MX67C HW while adding the device in inventory getting error message 

No matching order / Serials were found.

 

we have cisco order number and meraki order number with dash board key.

 

Need your support to add the device in inventory list.

You need to open a support case.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

The Meraki order number is the one to claim.

Verify it's entered correctly. Assuming it is, contact support

This happens when you try to claim the order too quickly after receiving the email.

 

What about two hours, then try again, and it should work.

Oh the excitement of knowing your new hardware is on it's way. The one thing I love with Meraki is that usually I have configured the devices before they have even arrived in the country. 

 

It's just a matter of unboxing and asset tagging the them once they arrive.
