Dual redundant mx devices but with separate ISP on each WAN 1 port

Hi All

I have 2 Meraki mx devices and 2 different ISP's, but with a /30 ip from each ISP only.

My plan is to have ISP 1 into MX1 and ISP into MX2.

Although I wont be able to so any sd wan routing this way, would it be OK from a HA standpoint and work correctly ?
