The customer has to Meraki MX100s. One here in HQ and the other in Phoenix. Both in PassThrough mode. They have teleworkers gateways for remote users with VPN tunnels on the HQ MX. They want to shut down things but when they do remote users lose connection. I had them change both MXs to routed mode and then shutdown Phoenix. It works that way partially. Some things work some not. I can’t understand why shutting down one in Phoenix is disrupting communications. All the telework gateways are registered to the one in HQ. The two are connected via VPN tunnel Both are hubs. Is that a problem? I don’t quite understand how this pass-through mode works with these two devices
