Would you be able to give us any hints about your environment? Otherwise, this ends up in pure guessing. We even don't know what kind of features you're having in place.
Are you able to resolve the hostname? Can you ping it?
Apologies for the incomplete details. I have 2 MX84.
I can ping the hostname. I can browse through docusign.com's homepage but not the login page. If I use another connection outside of the UTM then I can login without any issue.
What threat protection/firewall rules do you have configured?
Advanced Malware Protection (AMP)?
IDS/IPS?
Content Filtering?
Geo IP Blocking?
Any of these could be impacting it. What happens if for the device you are using you change the Policy to the ‘Allow List’ does that then provide access?
Taking a look at Brightcloud's reputation lookup, account.docusign.com is classified as "Business and Economy". So there shouldn't be any issue with your configuration.
Have you tried to "whitelist" your specific client and try again if it works then?
