DigiCert is abnormally downloading through the system using Meraki MX65

After installing Meraki MX65 in the network with a PoE switch and WAP371, now every client is abnormally downloading the DigiCert and then OneDrive, Outlook and Ms Teams stop working. Any idea how to stop this? our office has more than 10 Merakis in 10 different location, but this is the most strangest thing which never happened with other MXs.

Check the event log and the security event log in the Meraki Dashboard.

Thanks friend, but it shows nothing. Before this, we had a microtik router and everything were fine, but after installing the Meraki this issue started (downloading DigiCert abnormally). I have looked in to logs and couldnt find anything. this is disturbing everyone's work.
