Different AP brand able to connect to block sites/port

Hi everyone, I would to ask a question regarding Meraki firewall. We have blocked some game applications using firewall. When we tested it on the Meraki AP, the blocking is working. But when we tested it on a different brand of AP the blocking is not working. Do you have any idea why is it not working?

Thank you in advance.

Morning @Lourdes  - this might be one for Meraki support.  I can't for the life of me figure out how that could be working.  I assume you're using Layer 7 Application rules to blocking Games as per below so all traffic will hit the MX ruleset.

I'm not an employee of Cisco/Meraki. My posts are based on Meraki best practice and what has worked for me in the field.

Does your new AP uses some kind of  tunneling to a controller. Or does it also uses local breakout
