DHCP Problem

I am receiving a lot of DHCP errors from a blank client.  I am new to Meraki and have no idea why this is happening.  No one is reporting connection problems of any kind. Any help is much appreciated.

We do not have any Meraki AP's.  This is on the Meraki MX250.  We have a wired DCHP server on the LAN where IP's are being issued.  There are no errors on our Primary Network.  These are all coming from the DMZ vLAN.

Odd that there is no client name and that its happening every few seconds.  Can you run a packet capture to determine the devices MAC? hat type of devices are on that network, Windows, MacOS, iOS or Android?
