Client not using WAN2

Hi all,

I am trying to get a device to work solely on WAN2 on my MX67W.

Here are the steps i have done:

->reserved internal IP

->set this reserved IP flow preference on WAN2

->map a static Public IP(within my IP range) to the above reserved IP on a 1:1 NAT with all ports allocated.

->reboot the appliance under the appliance status/tools.

However, when I go on ip4.me it still shows my WAN 1 IP.

Am i missing something?

Hi Inderdeep,

The config for WAN 1 and WAN 2 on my end is well and established.
Static IPs and both are Active as per your link.

In fact I have done test for failovers and had no issue to have traffic via WAN2 when WAN 1 is disconnected.

I am facing issue in getting a particular device to use WAN2 by default after the steps I have listed.

Not sure if I have missed something that you wish to point out or you have misunderstood my issue but hope this makes it clearer.

Thank you
