Meraki MX84. Is there a VPN client instead of setting up a VPN through the Windows 11 interface?

The recommended solution would be to get Secure Client (AnyConnect) licensing and use that:

Meraki has no official VPN client software. You will have to rely on the OS or 3rd party options.

For a Meraki MX84, the typical way to connect clients over VPN is usually using the built-in client VPN (Cisco IPsec) that Meraki supports, rather than relying on the Windows 11 VPN interface alone. That client is basically part of the Meraki configuration you enable on the MX, and Windows will connect to it using standard IPsec settings — there isn’t a separate Meraki-branded VPN app like some other vendors provide.
