Meraki MX84. Is there a VPN client instead of setting up a VPN through the Windows 11 interface?

The recommended solution would be to get Secure Client (AnyConnect) licensing and use that:

Meraki has no official VPN client software. You will have to rely on the OS or 3rd party options.

For a Meraki MX84, the typical way to connect clients over VPN is usually using the built-in client VPN (Cisco IPsec) that Meraki supports, rather than relying on the Windows 11 VPN interface alone. That https://tropical-casino.com/ client is basically part of the Meraki configuration you enable on the MX, and Windows will connect to it using standard IPsec settings — there isn’t a separate Meraki-branded VPN app like some other vendors provide.
