Blocking 3rd party proxy vpn in Meraki

How can we block the 3rd party VPN Application in Meraki appliance.

It could be the Content category "Personal VPN" that you need:

I managed to look out for that category, but i didn't find that category.

Oh, this category is only available with MX version 17+

I am using  Meraki MX 250 appliance with OS as MX 16.16, actually i was planning to block 3rd part VPN from L7 firewall rules. Thank you for the info.
