Block connections to the internet

So I am trying to bring up a Test Meraki on my network via  a normal LAN connection... It goes through 2 switches and a Router into the wan...  I could not get it up via DHCP(obviously) but set a private IP, subnet etc... This is where my road block is... It tells me that it is connected to a local network (ip address). It says I am connected to the internet but it says this security appliance is not connected to the Cisco Meraki Cloud... It requests I open firewall ports... This network topology does not utilize a firewall... Any Ideas to bring this connection up would be awesome! This is mostly for a test environment so that I can check out future deployments etc without taking anything in production down.

@SlothSlayer your router is most probably acting as a firewall and is probably blocking outgoing traffic.

Here is a list of ports required for Meraki equipment to work.

Wasn't able to test, apparently we had a back end firewall in the datacenter which I am not allowed to.
