Audio issues on VoIP Calls

I work for a telecom company.  Weve recently had a number of customers who installed Meraki MX products start having audio issues on voip calls.  If we remove the Meraki, everything works fine.  

 

Are there known issues with these devices and VoIP?  Recommendations?

Is the Merkai set to shape the  output  for the speed of the internet link.  if  the link is  100/100 and connected via  GIG ethernet port you  may want  shape  the  output  to 95/95   to you do  not hit the policer at the ISP   also is QOS turned on for  voice traffic.    do you have a per  device limit set so one person  doing a download  does  not  take all the link capacity
