We're migrating to the Cisco Community on March 29. The Meraki Community will enter read-only mode starting on March 26.
I'm having difficulty finding a version of AnyConnect that is ARM-compatible. Do we have any recommendations? that can be used.
Assuming Windows ARM64?

What version we can use will it be compatible with Meraki, or is there any documentation.
5.1.4.74, it‘s the same for all platforms.
It looks like both AnyConnect 4.x and SecureClient 5.x both have Windows ARM64 deployments, along with Linux, MAC, X86 etc.
