AnyConnect + Azure AD Authentication
We successfully implemented Azure AD authentication for AnyConnect and have been using it successfully. We just upgraded our MX67 firmware from version 16.16 to version 17.10.2 and now all of a sudden when we try to connect it prompts us to type in the full email address and password each time. The computer does not remember anything, and every time it is asking for us to type in the full credentials. Is there a way to get it to remember the last logged in user so that we do not have to type in our email address every time?

I suggest you to downgrade to version 16.16.7 and open a case.
Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

Thanks Ryan. I don't see a solution there though. How do we fix this to work the way it did before?

It's mentioned in the thread. You need to open a Support case for the backend config option to be set.
