WAN IPv6 Service inbound rules (web service)

I have both an IPv4 and IPv6 IP on my MX. (IPv4 forwarding rules work without issues to the web service)

On IPv6 I have created inbound rules (Layer 3) for 80 and 443, to the IPv6 address the web server has been set to, which is in the range (/48) That i have gotten from my ISP, the web server has the correct gateway, however it is not reachable from outside via IPv6, it is only available from outside via IPv4.

Can someone help me in the right direction to fix this, please?

As to the above, i can ping the MX IPv6 from the web server, both the LAN IPv6 and the WAN IPv6.
But from external i cannot reach the web server via IPv6 (http or https)
I can ping the web server from the MS too.
Any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
