Unable to Add subscription

Setup Meraki Go for a customer everything was working great. We ordered another AP to provide greater coverage. Order was placed using another email vs the email currently in use by meraki go. Add subscription in the webportal is not adding the subscription. It comes back with You now have 0 available subscriptions. All of your devices already have active subscriptions. Add more devices from the Meraki Go mobile app to use them.

Worth adding to this form. When adding subscriptions make sure you are using a mobile device not desktop browser. A desktop browser do not apply the subscription correctly.

The quickest way to deal with this is to open a ticket with support. You can do this through the app.
