Shared Admin

I am a shared Admin to two Organizations and probably more in the future. I received the email from both organizations but when I log in only 1 shows. However the way it shows leads me to believe I should see all the organizations I am an admin of. Please helpI am to choose an organization but only 1 is showing

I'm having the same issue.  I've managed to successfully be added (I've got the admin logon to all sites) to one additional.  I get the 'you've been invited' emails, but the additional 2 I'm attempting to add don't show up even after multiple attempts.
