Meraki Go App not working

 

The iPhone application is not working. It shows our access points but not their correct status. This has been going on for weeks now. When will this be fixed? The web app is showing the correct status. I’ve tried to email support from the app and they won’t even send. The app has become completely unusable.

Have you reported this as a support case yet through the Contact support link in the app (on the Settings page)?

Yes, and they dont respond.
