Meraki account

All my email accounts ar also an Enterprise Meraki.

It is a bit annoying since we need to create account in Meraki GO in order to manage customer's network.

 

We don't have many customers yet, but our small business customers starts to open theyr eyes for it 😄

You can utilize multi-admin, multi-org, multi-login to have a single view within the app but there is not any option to view Meraki enterprise dashboard accounts and Meraki Go SMB accounts under a single MSP view.

A commonly utilized workaround is appending a plus (“+”) sign and any combination of words or numbers after your email address. For example, if your name was yourusername@gmail.com, you could send mail to yourusername+friends@gmail.com or yourusername+mailinglists@gmail.com.

For this I need to create several mail accounts.

Not an solution for us. we need one portal as in Meraki MSP dashboard.

Hello James

 

The links solved my questions, but I got more Q's

 

Is it possible to rename an organization or do I have to reapply for the device? I guess I need to go onsite againg to the customer? We try to minimize contact with customer due to Covid-19

You are able to change the organization name from within the app. 

Settings -> Your Account -> Edit Organization Name -> Save

 

Obviously some tasks will require you to be on-site or to be hands on with the hardware but the entire Meraki Go solution is 100% cloud managed so you should be able to config, manage, troubleshoot, and perform other functions remotely using the Meraki Go mobile app.
