MX50 not responding to public IP ping and client VPN connection

I have 3 sites connected by site to site VPN by Meraki GX50. 2 of the sites run fine, I can client VPN into it. However the main Site is experiencing intermittent issues. I was able to SSH to my server and build client VPN tunnels, however today I am not able to SSH to my server and client VPN as well.

Public IP for GX 50 is timing out for Ping. However Site to Site Tunnels are UP. I am really confused, why I cant form client VPN and not able to ping public IP of GX50?

I’m having strange things as well

one thing I have noticed is a gx50 firmware change.  18-1-07 vs 17.10.2.  No details anywhere on when and what it does and what it’s breaking.
