Gx50 alerting but not alerting

Installed a gx50 yesterday

from the cloud web software status is green and on line.  Has indicated ip addresses.

from the iPhone software the status is red and alerting.  Has no ip addresses.

the gx50 is working.

i tried rebooting, cold restart, restarting associated devices, stitching to static ip’s, etc.  no change.

the status light on the gx50 was orange the few times I checked it last night.  This morning the light is white.  No change from the cloud on line with green vs the iPhone software red and alerting.

iPhone software is current.

any ideas?

I deleted the app from my iPhone and reinstalled the Meraki go app.

now the gx50 is not alerting and has proper IP address indicated.

i google the white led status and found that for gateways that means all is well.  Unlike APs which show green leds when all is well.

so this is solved.
