GR10s with different firmware

Hi Folks,

We have deployed some new GR10s to a new network and they show firmware version 27.6

We have current units that are approximately a year old and seem to be stuck at firmware version 26.0

Curious to see if 27.6 fixes the ongoing iOS video and voice calling issues I am having but cannot see how to push this update into our APs

Any suggestions?

Hey @RussellS 

For the time being, please open a support case if you'd like to upgrade the firmware.

Upgrades are going to be soon scheduled on multiple products, but we want to be sure the right tooling is in place to alert end users of upcoming software updates on the equipment.
