Where do I purchase a Cisco Umbrella license for my Meraki Go setup?
I´m having issues trying to find a reliable online partner in my country (Spain) and not being scammed off.

You can purchase through Bechtle (https://www.bechtle.com/es/finder?query=meraki+go) but you will have to contact them to order it. They do not sell it online.
