i followed the link within the Mobil app for purchasing the optional gx-20/gx-50 security subscription.
the path took me to a website call Rhino
tried to buy the key using a visa/debit and it didn’t go thru. Tried again with a master card and it didn’t go thru. Finally tried with a pure visa and it went thru.
I put in a ticket on their site and they indicate it’s a known issue with their 3rd party payments clearing house and they have an open ticket .
so if you try to buy this at rhino , use a pure visa and not a debit/visa or a master card.
