B&H reporting 8 port POE switch as discontinued

For a couple of weeks I've been trying to find a couple of 8 port POE Merkai Go Switches to purchase. Amazon and Walmart are out of stock. B&H is now listing the product as discontinued, and it was confirmed by their buyer. Is the switch really discontinued or just out of stock everywhere? I can't find any news about it.

Thanks for the response, @Soichiro-Ono . I don't see the GS110-8P-HW on that list, so I take that to mean that it is still in production. Hopefully they come back in stock soon, as I need 2 to complete my installation.

FYI, B&H is listing all of the Meraki Go POE switches as discontinued. Not great messaging from an official partner.

At least we know - Where was the proactive Meraki announcement? - Did I miss it?

Not officially in the forums. Most of the time Meraki will post those announcements on the EOL site.

Oooof that could be bad if they don't have a replacement model..

The EOS page says sales will continue through Aug 2023, but there are none to be found anywhere.  Replacement product forthcoming, is there a date for the replacement product yet?

Hello all - many apologies for the inconvenience, but yes we have indeed sold out of all GS110 network switches.

Due to supply chain constraints, we can’t yet share an accurate timeline for replacements. Rest assured, we know the Meraki Go platform is incomplete without switches and are working hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Stay tuned for more news on Meraki Go switches - we'll be sure to share more when we're able.

Hi,

Meanwile, when meraki go poe switches are unavailable, is it possible to use another Cisco poe switch in meraki go network? I.e. can I connect a non-maraki go Cisco poe switch to a meraki go switch or firewall?

If you only want to connect APs and routers to any non-MGo switch physically, then the answer is yes. If you want to control the switch in the GUI then the answer is no.

Yes you can, I had to order a small business 8-port PoE "dumb switch" with 4-PoE ports, but they have larger managed switches that are affordable. This is an example,
