What’s everyone working on (or was working on)?

We had some interesting Camera deployments in the pipeline for a customer services department. We were looking at object recognition I.e someone carrying a knife, facial expressions etc.

Also a number of schools needing refreshes (wired and wireless).

Check out my integration with Amazon AWS Rekognition.  It will give you a jump towards your final goal.

Note that the newer MV22X and MV72X should be much better suited for this kind of recognition due to their much higher output resolution.

I would use the MV4.3 beta software.  Everything for this kind of project works better in that release.  Don't use 4.2, it broke things.

I was doing a marine fleet based deployment and I was hoping to use my system that dynamically updates a Meraki devices location on the overview map, but alas network operations were not that interested in the feature.  Hopefully another opportunity like this will come along.

I love WebEx, and I have tried and tried to sell it, but can't get it across the line due to the cost.  Everyone agrees it is a great solution, but I can't convince people to pay for it.

So I am spending some time now learning Microsoft Teams, and will probably relaunch with this solution instead.

Cheers, will definitely look through the resources you’ve highlighted.
