Support DTMF down?

I've been trying to repeatedly cal support at the moment but it wont accept wither my case or support number.  Consequently, there is no way for me to get through to support.

 

Is anyone else having an issue at the moment?

Figured it out - it is only broken it I dial my local NZ number +64 42807493.  It works if I call International numbers for support.
