Is phone or email support available through New Years? I've tried calling multiple times but receive an automated message that no one is available.

Maybe try waiting 12 hours and trying again, so you get a different support centre.

Support is definitely available. I just received this message from the on-call manager:


“We are in today and have been taking calls all day. We have engineers scheduled 24/7 this week, albeit at a slightly lower staffing for the holidays.”

A Support Engineer should be available 24x7x365. Meraki has follow the Sun Support teams based in San Francisco, London, and Sydney. I'm also hearing that they are now expanding into Asia also!
