Hey all

got a rep at a Meraki reseller preferably on the west coast who you love? Responsible? Knowledgeable? Honest? I am looking to switch from my current. Let me know who you suggest. I’ll even go out of time zone for the right person.

Networking geek since high school where I got half of a CCNA. Played Marathon II and Infinity over localtalk.
Made many a network over the years, now de facto admin of a retreat center with some of this fine Meraki hardware.

I tried but the few I called didnt seem too great. Dead websites, dead phone numbers. I got a reply on a DM so I feel gratified.

Reach out to your Cisco Meraki AM and ask them for a local recommendation.

There are too many Tier 1 and Tier 2 box shifters. Avoid those and go for a company that’s interested in building a long term relationship and not chasing the $$$
