"As of February 7, 2025, all eligible CMNA participants should have received one final 5-year license renewal.
- After these licenses expire, partners will be able to use the NFR program.
- Anyone who were eligible for the final CMNA license renewal should have been contacted directly and made aware of the details of this change.
- For anyone who did not receive the final 5-year license and believes they were eligible to do so, please submit a case with Meraki Support to inquire about their eligibility and resolve any license gaps.
The final date for support case submissions is TODAY Friday, February 28. After this point, due to the ERP migration, we will be unable to issue any further CMNA license renewals regardless of eligibility. Please ensure that any outstanding inquiries are submitted by this deadline."
