  1. You no longer get a 30 day grace period after license expiration date.
  2. If your licenses are not activated within 90 days, they are automatically invalidated.
  3. PDL is a requirement in order to use MR advanced licenses in an organization.
  4. Licenses are cheaper in PDL compared to Co-termination.

I know I'm late to the party here but i dont think this is true today: 

All three MR license types (MR Enterprise, MR Advanced, MR Upgrade) are available in both co-termination (co-term) and per-device (PDL) licensing model
