CMNO certificate

Good morning all, 

I was wondering if anyone knows where to download the CMNO certificate.  I got certified while working for a previous employer and I guess I did not save the original email.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I don't believe there is a site to download the cert from, but perhaps @CarolineS or @GeorgeD can assist.
