Is it possible to join the Meraki affiliate program without becoming a Cisco partner?
I want to become a reseller of Meraki solutions and services.
Cisco owns Meraki, so by definition I'd suppose being a Meraki partner is a Cisco partner... Have you tried applying here:

I'm 99% sure you'll need to become a minimum of a registered Cisco partner first, which is fairly straight forward.

I would approach a Cisco distributor, and they'll help you with this process.
