Setting "Session time" for Sponsored guest login

Is there an API call to set the Sponsored guest login parameters such as "Maximum sponsorship duration" and "Session time"?

@Ryan_Miles Thanks so much for the quick input.  I was about to start writing a screen macro to automate the changes.  I will try the splash settings and report back.
