Rudeness of Meraki Support person

Hi guys,

Did you ever face a situation in which you wanted an urgent meeting with a customer support for troubleshooting, but they talked rudely and said 'We don't troubleshoot on meetings'. Is this common practice? or happen only with me 🙂

Thank You

They don't usually join meetings.

What you need to do is create a meeting yourself and then invite the Meraki support phone number.

We'll happily join, or host a meeting if required. What sometimes may happen though is that Support will ask for justification / context about said meeting - we operate primarily as an inbound call centre, so Support may push back on joining a bridge/meeting if there's no context or ask, this is so we can prioritise NSE time to helping solve issues, rather than potentially sitting on an idle bridge when we could be helping others.
