Lost old meraki account, cannot restore the devices to the new account

Current meraki networks all switch and routers serial number attached to old meraki account. However old accounts username and password is lost due to change of responsible engineer.
On the new account we cannot able to connect the switches and routers because it has been attached to the old account.
We cannot able to restore old account. What to do for this situation?

You need to contact support for help but without access to the account or hopefully a backup account there is not much you can do. To move the devices to the new account, they must be deregistered on the dashboard. Your best bet might be to work with your IT team to gain access to the email attached to the account, do a password reset and then add a new administrator and remove the old account.
