Hi All,
I've installed an app (Zenoti Mobile) on all our SM managed iPad's. When we open the app, it requires an Account Name (this is my clinic's account name) to verify that we have a Zenoti account. Once the app verifies we have an account, a login popup is suppose to appear. However, on all our managed iPad's, this popup does not appear and I can't figure out why? Any words of advice? When I do the same process on an unmanaged iPad it works fine.
