iPhone 6s iOS 11.4.1 meraki client not updating in dashboard

We've recently started to configure several iPhones and found an issue with the Meraki client not fully updating (see screen shot below). It takes days to fully sync or not at all. The picture shows iPhones setup and configured 4-5 days no sync.

 

These iPhones have been upgraded to iOS 11.4.1 before the Meraki client was installed.

 

Any ideas???

Getting noticed

We had a handful (5 in 100) non DEP devices that needed the app re-enrolling. Upgrading from iOS 11.3.X directly to 11.4.1 (skipping 11.4) seemed to be the only common denominator, all the others were fine.
