iOS devices random factory reset

We have a number of iOS devices that are randomly factory resetting themselves; after each occurrence, I notice an event in the activity log, "TokenUpdate".  Wondering if anyone else has seen this occur? All MDM tokens are valid/active, and these are all ADE devices.

No I haven't seen this with any of the devices I manage, what model hardware and what version of iOS?

These are mostly ipad mini 5/6 devices (though i did have it occur on a mini 4 as well), and varying ios versions.  Most recently i had this occur today and the device is running ipadOS 18.0

Hello @CentDist , thank you submitting your post! It is hard to diagnose the root cause of those factory resets without looking at the SM network. If the issue is still occurring, we recommend opening a case (Meraki Dashboard > '?' > Get Help and Cases) with our SM team so we can take a deeper look and investigate it further.

Thanks for your response @PriscillaX!  I did actually open a ticket the same day i made my original post here so that process has started.

Thank you!
