Where is this setting?

forceWiFiToAllowedNetworksOnly

That showed up in something in the case we opened but cannot find where to set that in Meraki after searching for 45 mins.

It's under Network-Wide > Configure > Users:

It will work just for SSIDs that use Meraki cloud authentication.

Android: Android device Owner > Disable Configuring WiFi

iOS: Restrictions > Force wifi to allowed networks only
