Updating education profile on iPads

Hey,

our iPads have education profiles installed that are synced from ASM. Now, when I change/update something in ASM, I can manually sync it the dashboard but as far as I can see this does not trigger an update of the education profile. Is this right and if yes, intended behavior? Because right now I have to change the something in the profile (e.g the name or description) to trigger an update which doesn‘t seem like the most elegant solution.

What am I missing?

Thank you but that seems to be a different issue. Syncing isn’t the problem. It‘s just that after syncing the updated profile doesn‘t automatically get pushed to the devices.
