Our iPads didn't contact our MDM server since 2020...
We need to push a new profile on them but we can't.
What i tried is :
- Un-enroll device from meraki,
- Re-enroll device from QR Code/Web link
Both didn't work.
I'm unable to remove meraki profile directly from the iPad, and when I try to install the new profile I get a message saying that new entity is different from the old one.
Any advice?
