Unable to add Play store apps

I have added apps before, such as zoom, but now it tells me to check Organization>MDM and it's enrolled.

What am I missing?  Thanks!!

Have you followed the instructions? It's telling you what you need to do.

Yes.  It's telling me to add an Android Enterprise Account and I have one.
