Troubleshooting a device not appearing in Meraki MDM

Is there any advice for troubleshooting a device not appearing in Devices on the dashboard? I've looked at the log and can't really understand it. From what I can tell it seems fine yet the device refuses to appear.

 

The device was originally in Meraki but it needed a rebuild. I forgot to remove it from Meraki before I re-registered. So I then deleted it and then uninstalled Meraki again. But it has since refused to appear in the Meraki dashboard. I've reinstalled the agent several times, no joy :o(

I had a situation lately where my previously downloaded meraki.msi wasn't linking to my account.  Have you recently re-downloaded the .msi?

Yes. I was wondering if it was the .msi so downloaded it again from the Meraki Dashboard but it made no difference.
