Pushing new passcode out to iPad remotely

As I'm new to this I may simply be being a complete idiot but I cannot for the life of me figure out a way to modify or add a pass code to iPads's remotely.

Is this even possible? It seems like a basic requirement.

My understanding is that you can set a requirement for the following: 

•  Allow simple (or not)
• Require Alphanumeric
• Minimum Length
• Minimum # of complex characters 
• Max age
• # of failed attempts before wipe
• # of unique passwords before reuse

However, You cannot push a predefined password.
